Ann became passionate about nutrition and a holistic lifestyle after experiencing major relief from symptoms no one had been able to help her with - brain fog, fatigue, bloating, gas, low moods and other autoimmune-thyroid symptoms. She graduated from the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition as a Registered Holistic Nutritionist in 2017 and is passionate to guide her clients towards better hormonal health, weight loss, improved digestion, increased energy levels and feeling good in their bodies.
